Before we moved into our house and while I was up in Idaho, Brian bought a hot tub from a friend. Brian offered a lower price but the friend refused saying that this was a perfect hot tub that worked and he would not go any lower. Brian bought it and when we moved in we went to set it up. We found that it had not been winterized and it had broken pipes, easy fix, Brian ordered the parts and fixed it. He has since realized it has a lot more issues. None of which have been fixed. We called the previous owner and finally spoke to him, he came up and saw all the work Brian was putting into this and acted like if it didn't work out he would take the Tub back and give us our money (not for the parts we put into it). Needless to say he is not returning our calls and has no intention of giving our money back. I want to put it back on his lawn and if he pays us great if not, at least it is not our broken mess any longer.
Brian has a vision and thinks he can get it running for a reasonable amount. I would rather get a different one... Well, it has been sitting here since we moved in our house in June and nothing has been done to it since the first fix. Today Brian decided to winterize it and while lifting it up it dropped on a board. Well Brian's foot was under the board and his foot is very sore now.
HOT TUB FOR SALE! CHEAP
Don't fix it! Poor Brian thinks he broke his foot. I need a plan.

I wish I had one. A working one. Otherwise it would sit in my backyard for 6 months. :)
