Jacob came down to the bedroom about 5:30 this morning crying and saying he wasn't feeling well. He said he was “in his bed this way”( I guessed he meant side ways) and couldn't get out. He also said he had a hard time climbing down his ladder and coming down the stairs he had to hold onto the hand rail so he didn't fall. Don't know why he just didn't go right across the hall to his mom's room, but then he is Mamos's boy. I went and got his tester and tested him, he was only 46 so I went and ask Jen what to give him and she said some juice. After drinking juice he said he still wasn't feeling well and he felt like he did when he was out camping so I took him up to Jens and we tested him again. He was only 49. He wanted a red pear so I went and got him a pear and when he started eating it we noticed that he was having trouble chewing and swallowing. Then we noticed that the right side of his face was partially paralyzed. His voice also was different, kind of high pitched and he was having trouble talking. Jen called Primary Children's hospital to talk to a Dr. I mean while went out to pick up the garbage can and garbage that got knocked over during the night and then decided I better clean off the drive way incase Jen had to take him to the Hospital. He sure had us worried. Aiden woke upand came to see what was going on, the boys wanted to watch some cartoons so Jen turned on Scooby Doo, Jacob was trying to say “Scooby dooby doo” but his voice was high pitched and he was having a hard time. He also was having a hard time using his left hand. He said it felt like someone else's hand. We had him try to touch his nose, or our nose with his left hand and he hand a really hard time touching doing that. He had to try several times. Jen also said that Jacob tried to get into her bed and couldn't climb on her bed, that is also why he couldn't walk down the stairs because his whole right side of his body wasn't working. I know Jen must have tested him while I was outside. After talking to the dr., Jen let Jacob go back down to my room and he fell asleep pretty quickly. I got up and decided to clean the driveway again and just as I was finishing I looked and saw Jacob getting into the back of the Armada getting his coat out. He said he woke up and came looking for me and saw me outside so he got his boots on but couldn't find his coat but remembered there was one in the back of the Armada. He came out to help me. Bless his little heart. He said he was feeling better but when we talked about earlier and what happened to him he couldn't remember most of it.
