He was fine!

Brian took the boys to monster trucks last Friday and is planning on sending me a email so I can post what events happened...
Brian was speaking to someone on the phone a couple days after they had their adventure and he said "Jack was so sad but he got over it as soon as I left the drive way, he was fine."

O' contraire mon fraire: Note Jack so sad that he couldn't go! does this look like he was fine. "Daddy, go... trucks... please... Please daddy go... trucks..." he would say with tears in his eyes.

This is his look to me "it is all your fault daddy didn't take me with him." "In 10 years I will tell my story on Oprah, they will understand."
I tried to explain to him that "daddy didn't want to take you, mama would have let you go." J/K
It is now getting past the point in which I am adding insult to injury by taking all of these photo's. He was just so funny and so upset, and he did not want any part of me taking photo's of the drama.

...and he is out of here.
Poor Jack, at this point I notice that Brian left the tester on the counter and he is going to need it for Jacob. I had changed Jacob's pump, got the boys ready, got the tester all ready so Brian could walk in the door and turn and walk out. I called him and told him he needed to come back home and get Jacob's tester. He said "I am getting gas, bring it down." Not happy about this plan but knowing there is little to no use in arguing with Brian, I told Jack Jack (foolishly) lets go see Daddy. He was off upstairs to get pants and shoes. He was so excited, we drove down and Brian rolled down his window while on the phone, pulled along the side of me and grabbed the tester then drove off. Jack cried and cried, I tried to hurry and drive around to catch him so he could tell Jack bye and give him a love. Brian was gone and Jack was upset again, I stopped off at my friend Rachel's on the way home to return somethings. I left Jack Jack in the car, when I came back he was sobbing, so I let him play or pick on Kendal and Kelsey for a little bit, then we went home very Happy!

We read books and stayed up late. He was so much fun, he even snuggled "nuggle" for a min. or less with me. WOW !!!!!

Poor Jack.
I know how that goes sometimes. Actually, I am usually the one driving away hearing my sweetie cry and look out the window at me! She does love her daddy though.
I am glad Jack still had a sweet night with you!

Poor sad Jack, Mammos would have taken him, well maybe not to monster trucks but to Old Mcdonalds or somewhere. We are going to have to bring him back up to Idaho sometime. He was such a good little boy here.

Mombo - In the sweetest voice and without sounding like I want to get rid of my sweet Jack Jack... When should I drive him up to IDAHO!

I am so disappointed we missed the trucks this year. I forget that it comes so fast after x-mas. I have been promising my boys the trucks again all year long...Oh well:( Poor Jack-Jack. It's so hard when the older ones get to go and they don't understand why they have to stay.

I bet they had a great time. Did they bring their ear plugs? You'll have to post pictures of the event. Good Times!
