The night before Jack's Birthday I had Brian blow up some balloons and I put them in his room.
The tooth fairy finally came and gave Jacob a $1 under his pillow. Jacob lost his first tooth while up in Washington with my Mom and Father 2-3 weeks ago.Notice the date on the pictures. We had birthday cake after dinner on the 7th, we then put the boys to bed. After they were asleep I remembered we never opened presents. I told Brian he said, we are the worst parents ever.
So Jack got an extended "happy birthday" as he calls it. He also refers to his cake as a Pancake and he loved the gummy bears that my mom put around the bottom of it.
Jack will walk around the house and say, is it my Happy birthday? Amanda Jones stopped by today and told him that she had a present for him. After she left he said "yea! pancake." We told him that she had a present not a cake for him. He is still really excited.
As per Jody's recommendations the boys gave this game to Jack to help him learn his colors and shapes. I hope it works.

Just keep moving Jen! It will be okay in about 8 weeks. Hey, Jacob goes to school ALL DAY this year, it will be okay in about 5 weeks then. Dang where has the summer gone?
