"The other wife"

I have often mentioned to Brian when he has been away for a long time and he thinks that I need another husband around the house, that instead we need more wives! Sure a husband to do little things, fix up things, would be great but another wife would be more helpful by far.
Brian also often needs to be picked up at the airport late at night and we decided for that we need a girlfriend. When we were dating it didn't matter how late it was, no big deal we always stayed up late. But as a wife, with three little ones that go to bed between 8 and 9, waking them up at 10 pm to go drive 2 hours to get daddy is not fun!

This is Jody, Rebekah, Jacob, and Aiden at the lake on Saturday! My sweet friend Amanda was able to go out on the boat the other day with Brian, the boys, and her kids. She said she could have stayed out there all day. She was so nice to watch the boys while Brian did all the boat stuff and I sure didn't want to bounce around 37 weeks pregnant on the lake just to go for a boat ride.
So Saturday Aiden, Jacob, and Brian all drove down to Utah lake to meet up with Brian's brother Brent and family along with Grandpa and Grandma Rowser. Brian needed a boat "wife" this time, and he was out in the sun for a long time. Brian said; "I had no one to rub sunscreen on my back!"You can see that he made a valiant effort trying to apply sunscreen but it didn't work. Sorry Brian, maybe next time the kids could rub sunscreen on you. I am very thankful that you sun screened the boys good and they didn't get sunburned!
When they got home Aiden was so proud that he skied on the fun board standing up. Jacob mentioned that he did it a few times too. Brian told me later Jacob jumped in and did it. Aiden however was thrown into the water by Daddy and Brian was behind him the whole time listing off threats of what he was going to do if he didn't stand up.

OUCH!!!!!
Oh my goodness that hurts just looking at it!
Poor Brian, he also needs an AIRWOLF wife! Just kidding, but he does need SOMEONE to handle the sunscreen for him!

I was blamed for not "being there." I really think that Janis or Jody or Jacob would have done fine!

Congrats on your "Little Lady"! I hope you are feeling well. I was so excited to hear "healthy baby, healthy mommy". 6/12 is so little. She's probably slipping through your hands right now as you are feeding her. I am so glad everything turned out ok and tell her Aunt Mandy can't wait to hold her. I am sure I'll see you and baby before you read this, but if not CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

I forgot to ask Brain the name. I am assuming since he hasn't see you out of surgery that you haven't had that discusiion yet. I can't wait to hear all the details! Love you!

I guess congratulations is in order-- good thing I read Amanda's comment! I can't wait to see her. That was early I hope everything was okay.
If you ever need someone to hold her I'm always available to love a baby!

Oh ya, my original comment was that I thought that was a great idea for Brian to ride on the board too to hold it. I would have never thought of that!
