Poor Tree #1

Many of you might want shredded bark in your flower beds but NOT this type of shredded bark.

One of my neighbors cats has taken a liking to my Serviceberry Tree and has been using it as a personal cat scratching post. The serviceberry tree has beautiful creamy white flowers emerge early in the Spring, edible berries (after a few years)and in the fall, serviceberry leaves turn a beautiful fiery red.

Thanks Rachel for covering it, I finally found one thing that Latimer's do it best hardware store did not have.

Well, at least you can keep plants and trees alive...even with a cat scratching at it. Me, I kill all plants, trees, and flowers. Not on purpose though. Good for Rachel.

me too, that cat would suddenly disappear from my neighborhood!

I am a tough talker, but I have SOME compassion, only a little.
