On February 28th 2009 we received a very good offer on our house! We arrived home from our Dinner and a flight and we had a offer in our box. We had shown the house two times that day, once while at dinner and I guess they fell in love with it. We accepted the offer and are now under contract. I am not sure what is to come and that makes me a little nervous. We might be out of a place to stay for a short time, due to us selling our current home before we purchase our new home. Hopefully everything goes well and our house sells with no issues, I have often seen sale of homes fall through but this is looking very promising.
We look forward to living in a new beautiful home with an amazing yard. I however am not excited about the possibility of moving twice, or even once for that matter. Aiden is excited because he thinks that all of the toys in the house come with it. Jacob is sad, but will come around when he finally see the house I am sure. Jack Jack too thinks that the toys he plays with when we go over to the "tree" house will be there when we move in. We told them that wasn't the case but they are holding on to the dream.
I am awake most of the night trying to place everything, figure out where kids bedrooms will be, if we have enough room for a sewing room, where to plant my garden, etc... so many things. I tend to over think and over stress a lot.
So save your boxes for us please! I have a lot of food storage that needs to be boxed up. COME ON OVER ANYTIME!

I guess I just figured you're moving would never happen. I want you to have the yard and house I would want but I guess I figured you could just have two homes. :) I hate this part-- the waiting game-- it all comes down to a million signatures.
I am so excited for you! I know that feeling of staying up all night planning it all out in your head..That is exactly what I did last night. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
I hope it all goes smooth for you guys! It's so stressful. We're out of a home for a few weeks at least, too. Looks like "camping" is what we are going to be doing!
