BJ, Kendra, Kyler, and Ryan all stayed at our house last night. This was our first house guest besides my parents FUN FUN! It was nice to see them and spend an evening playing games. Well one game. Brian got stuck in Las Vegas so he was not able to come home but all in all it was a very nice New Years Eve. Until the neighbors to our East had all of their children outside banging noisemakers and pots and pans for over an hour! Really over an hour, I was getting really ticked, I kept thinking why are they all outside it is freezing. I guess it was either inside or outside and they choose for the kids to be outside. I was more concerned about my house guests but when I spoke with them in the morning they didn't hear a thing. BJ's family was up by 9 AM and left by 9:20, Kendra was excited to go down to SLC and go shopping with her sister.
They are leaving back to AZ on Saturday and we plan on flying down sometime in February to visit them.
Side Note: Brian spent New Year's Eve in Las Vegas. He said it was crazy with people and that he was glad that he got off the strip before midnight! Brian had a generator go out in his plane flying down to Vegas and spent most of the afternoon/evening in a small luggage compartment fixing it and missed his flight back to SLC. He came home around 2 today!
