Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam

Jack Jack is officially a sunbeam. After sacrament Jack wanted me to take him to class. We had talked about sharing time and how he would get to sing and be in with his brothers. He was very excited, he could hardly wait for me as we walked down the halls. I was so impressed with his eagerness to go to sunbeams that is until he walked right past the primary room and headed straight for the nursery.

He obviously did not realize what we were speaking of, no toys, no snack, he gave Brian and I a look of *you are crazy*. He then lost it, the luscious lips of his pouted out and tears began to stream down his face. POOR Jack, he did get better and when we picked him up (a bit early from class because Brian flew out and Aiden still has a bad headache) he was the only boy in a room full of girls. He was excited about singing time and fruit snacks that the teacher so wisely brought to class.

Our first Sunday as a Sunbeam did not go well, at all. We are hoping that this week will be better. It is so funny how different kids can be. Kelsey was MORE than ready and I have NEVER walked her to Primary after Sacrament Meeting. She has always wanted to go by herself, even when she was 3.
I should be fasting for a good Sunbeam day tomorrow! No, maybe just the praying will help.
