Surprise

My parents came up for a surprise visit on Wed. afternoon. Jacob had called Mamos on Sunday and was crying. He said, "when are you going to come and see us." That was all it took. They have been such a help these past few days, I am not sure how I would have survived. Aiden had another one of his vomit spells last night and my mom was so helpful with laundry and helping him vomit into a bucket every 3-4 min. Thanks mom for everything, and thanks Father for watching Jack so I could get the boys off to their different activities.

So after I was late picking up Brian from the Airport, we still were able to have a decent conversation coming home. We decided to put the house up For Sale. I have since pruned my bushes, and cleaned up the yard a bit. Brian and I pressure washed the deck and have plans to try and stain it tomorrow. Brian thinks that we should sell then rent here in Heber.

Right now we thought that things were going our way and that a law suit that we are involved in was taking a turn for the good. We received a call from our lawyer a couple days ago that we had won the appeal. I wasn't sure how to feel, I had been glad it was over but here was a chance to get some of our money back. I was very excited for the money part with Christmas coming up and with all the things that we need to do around the house. So now I don't know what the plan is for the house I think we are still going to put it up For Sale.

Today we found out that the Judge signed the appeal in our favor "on accident." How does a judge do that? Not only that, we found out that Dennis (the man who is suing us) has also requested that we now pay all of his attorney's fee's. I still am sick about it.

All things considered, we have our health, and we have each other.... I would want nothing less.
