food storage.... a ho notha level!

I am a big food storage girl! Not only because the prophet told us too, but because 1. it saves me a ton of money 2. I hate going to the store for every little thing I need and 3. to be prepared when neighbors need to borrow things :).

I don't have one dedicated room for my food storage in this new house. Luckily there is a ton of room in the garage for our camping, Seasonal, and gardening things. That leaves me the pantry and the bottom of the stairs, the pantry in the second kitchen downstairs, the pantry in my kitchen upstairs, and last the under porch cement cold room to divide my stuff into.

I worked hard and getting stuff put away today, after somewhat deciding what goes where I had a great thought. I need to name each place... ie: the pantry in the downstairs kitchen will be called the cleaning department. So I can say: "Jacob go to the Cleaning Department, Section A, Row 2 and get me another toothbrush, or again the "C.D." Section B and Row 1 and get me a gallon of bleach.

I am still not finished but much closer. I also realized putting everything away that I need to start watching for the sales again. We really tried to use up the food storage over the last 8 months or so while looking for a house, so we are on the "low" side.
