TIME FOR SILLY FUN!

FIRST OFF, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL THE WOMEN IN MY LIFE! I LOVE YOU!

Jacob is so silly sometimes and the other two boys love it. On Sunday after company left, Brian decided to turn on the sprinklers. The boys love running through the sprinklers but I didn't want to deal with the wet clothes mess so I told them that they couldn't do it.

UNLESS... I thought to myself and then pitched the idea to the boys. You can run through the sprinklers if you take off your clothes and run around in tutu's with Charlee. One of Aiden's friends had a "tutu run" for their dance fund raiser and had invited Aiden to run with her. He was not able to go, but I thought it would be fun to have a tutu run in our own backyard! The boys said "NO WAY!" They were not having any of that, I said "PLEASE" Charlee would have so much fun and it would be so silly/funny. I remember my mom taking the boys and running through the sprinklers at our old house. I will never forget my mom fully clothed and drenched, what a great memory. I will never forget my silly boys running around the back yard, jumping, spinning, so carefree, no worries right "mom promised us she would not take pictures."

It was cold cold cold, this is Jack he and the other two boys had just sat on the sprinkler and got soaked! He was so funny and there nothing girly about these boys, they were wet and cold didn't once complain. That is until Daddy got out the video camera.

Charlee didn't like getting wet. Aiden was so nice to pick her up and take her out of the sprinklers. As soon as the video camera came out, the boys ripped off the tutu's as fast as they could screaming at me "mama you promised not to take pictures." Yes I did! Then Daddy said "but I didn't promise." :)


The cement was WARM and they would make full body wet prints on the cement. Then they would giggle about the underwear prints that were left behind.

My favorite line was given by AIDEN
Aiden looked down at his tutu and quickly covered himself up saying "oh my tutu is see through!"
Yes Aiden that should be your first concern, go ahead and worry about that!

By the way, I read this to Aiden and he didn't want me to post it. Then he said "mama, you can post it if you want to, do you want to?" I love his confidence, and often, not always, his maturity! I love you boys.
