I have received yet another calling in our new ward. I was sick Sunday so Charlee and I stayed home from church. Brian, the boys, and my parents all went. I was called and sustained to be the new Center 2nd Ward Website "person/specialist."
The bishop went on to say, over the pulpit, "I am technology challenged, so now we all know who to call when we have computer questions." REALLY? -- Computer questions, when I was asked to do the ward website, they asked me if I would need training. The response from me was YES. Then Brother Hicken said "well I don't know who will do that, but we will sustain you next week." That was actually a couple weeks ago... anyway, my father said that in his Priesthood class (Ward Conference) the visiting Stake leader mentioned that "he was not very computer savvy, and maybe he should have called Sister Rowser for help." Brian said it was also mentioned in Sunday School... he just laughed.
All this laughing has made my head swell J/K. Such confidence people have in the Lord and his callings. My family is laughing at me, but then again so am I. However, I am a quick study and as far as the calling "church website specialist" I can do the website, I just don't know if I would be the best person to call to answer questions on computer problem.

I remember helping to answer computer problems with/for you in the past and I know nothing! You've come far since then. You can handle it.:)
