We no longer own our first home!

It is official. I closed on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house (the Tree house)yesterday. Everything has funded and all is a go! All that is except for where we are going to put our family and belongings for a month. EXPECT A KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR IN MAY! :0 I say "I" because Brian was out of town and so with a "power of attorney" in hand I signed our names hundreds of times. I didn't just sign Brian Rowser, no that would be too simple. I had to sign "Brian W. Rowser by Jenniffer R. Rowser his attorney in fact," then in addition I had to sign my name again.As I was doing this for both documents, I was taken back to our refinance a few years back. Again when I was doing the same thing with kids running around in the room. At least this time I was smart enough to have Michael babysit the boys and Charlee sat and played really good for the hour. When I picked her up she had dark smelly up the back of her outfit. NUMBER 2, (no pun intend) blow out for the DAY! As per Amanda, she said, "I want more photos." BTW there is a sleeping little boy in this bed!

We are asking all of our friends and most of our acquaintances (due to lack of friends) to pitch in $20 for the cost of movers! We figure we will pay for movers and keep our friends! ;)
