My first thought was who can I call that will not think I am totally WACK for chucking boiled eggs at my friends and family. Soon I was calling anyone and everyone.
We had a pretty good turn out and it was fun. I took a picture right off so I wouldn't forget, so no egg in the hair yet. We had... Josh, Aiden, TJ, Michael, Jack, Vongha (?), Jacob, Sammy, Katie, Kylie, and Kylie's friend.
First thing, Vongha hits Sammy in the nose, while still holding onto the egg. Then I am not sure what happened. Jack said he threw a egg and it hit Sammy too but I didn't see so I don't know about that one. With in 2 minutes of starting the blood was flowing, and flowing fast. I was so busy getting towels and such that by the time I got back most all of the eggs had been used.
I did however receive a hit square in the back and suddenly remember that last year we broke them first. THEY hurt when they are solid. Note to self: next year crack eggs a little first. I am sure the kids went home with egg in their hair and oval bruises on their body.
I hate to pick on one individual but... one child will not be invited again. It makes me sad that he wouldn't listen, over and over again.... and over again.
Next for FHE our family ate dinner then we had a quick lesson. For treat we roasted peep's. They are pretty good roasted, my kids hate them regular so I decided to roast the marshmallow bunny and see if they liked them gooey!

Your egg fight sounds brutal!! I can imagine how bad that would hurt getting hit by a hard boiled egg!
That shows you how different you and I are. I would never start an egg fight of any kind and I don't think I would enjoy being in one. I don't even like water fights and they are clean!
I think that would be the only way I might eat a peep--I'll have to try that.
The egg fight sounds funny but cruel. :)
I missed the egg fight this year! I will try to remember it for next year...but we need to have a rule that the kids can only come if their parents do, cause we have the most fun. We could even do it in your big backyard - He He!
