At Smiths tonight I got a good deal but missed the great deal....
I spoke to a friend and she mentioned a great sale was going last week and how she tried to call me. (I was in Idaho) She said that she went to the store and noticed the sale was still on. SO I printed out a ton of coupons and headed to the store.
Cereal was free last week and Granola bars were $0.40 with a instant $4 promo. It just about killed me to pay $1 this week for Cereal. I decided it was still worth it even if this week the instant $4 off promo is over for the cereal, I still got a great deal on Cereal and granola bars!
I bought:
16 bags of "malt of meal" Cereals
12 boxes of Granola bars
3 Gal. of Milk (one was a winder dairy)
7 (9 packs) of 100% Apple Juice boxes
Total bill was $32 and change! A savings of over $98 some odd dollars!
The sad part was that if I would have know about the sale last week my total would have been around $15 because the Cereal would have been FREE!
I guess it will still make for great Pre-school treats. With Aiden and Jack both in pre-school I will be taking a lot of "bags" of Cereal!

Wow, impressive. I've heard that you are the deal coupon queen. I wish I were better at that. I'm happy when I get cereal for $1.00 a box and you call it a sad day. Too funny. I'll have to check out the website.
Wow! I am very intrigued!! So I checked out the coupon website. I will have to get some tips from you! I can't believe you get that great of deals... why I have I been in the dark for so long!?
