What a memory!

Last time I came up here to my mom's house, a month ago, I mentioned in my post that we, Aiden, my mom and I, all went to Logan shopping. On the way I asked my mom to stop at "somebody else's Attic." It is a little second hand store in Smithfield. We didn't see much until we were leaving the store and Aiden noticed in the display window some cute old wood guns. We decided to go ask how much they were. The Lady said they are not for sale until Wed. at NOON, and that we would have to come back. She wouldn't even let us look at them. I kind of forgot about it until that Wed. around 10 Aiden mentioned something about, "did Mamos go back and get those guns?" So I called my mom,

Me: What are you doing?
My Mom: Nothing.
Me: Aiden just reminded me about the guns and wondered if you had got them.
My Mom: I will get ready and go in right now, I forgot about it, tell him thanks for reminding me.

Anyway long story short, my mom went in and was able to get all three guns. She has put one aside and not shown it to the boys because she is thinking about refinishing it and giving it to Aiden as a present. They are very cool replica wood and metal cap/air guns. One is a replica of a old fashion long war rifle. Another one is a rifle with the lever cock something or another, and the third is just a rifle, they all have stickers on them showing that they are replica's and were made in Paris. I know they are not antiques or anything but they sure beat the cheap dollar store plastic guns. I think my mom picked them up for around $3.00.

Aiden asked if we could take Thomas and William up to Idaho with us. He said "Thomas's Grandma is far far away." Then he said something along the lines of "maybe he could have our Grandma and Grandpa too! So cute... I am ready to go visit your mom in the warmth!

When I was looking at your blog earlier with my boys I scrolled down and when I hit the picture of the guns Kade instantly said, "I need that."
You better keep them locked up because when Kade finds out you've got those guns over there he might decide to move in with you.

When I added the picture of the guns, my mom asked if she should have only taken a picture of the two guns! I told her the kids never see the blog so it wouldn't matter. As I was adding the picture Jacob came in and said, Hey Mamos has three guns!!!!
