Thanksgiving Play

Jacob had his first grade Thanksgiving play today. He has been practicing his part for some time now, but I could tell he still got a little nervous singing his song.
Jacob there was no need to be nervous you did awesome. You were the best looking Indian in your class. You played the drums great you danced great you did everything GREAT!

Daddy and I are so proud you!
About a month ago, Aiden and Jacob were talking and Aiden was teasing Jacob a little. I asked what they were talking about and Aiden said,
"Jacob has to dance with a girl." Jacob got very embarrassed. Aiden went on, "he doesn't want daddy to be mad at him, but he has to do it for his class."
I told him that I was so excited! He did his little face, you know the one, where his eyes look up but his head lowers and he tried his best not to smile.
When Brian got home for dinner we talked about how Jacob would be dancing in his class play. Jacob then told us that he also was going to sing and play the drums. He told me "I sing, I'm a Indian Warrior, Warrior, big Chief Indian Warrior, Warrior." He sang his part for me, he was so funny because he sang it in a (trying really hard) low deep voice.
Brian told him he was not mad at him, and that we were excited to come and watch him.

This is a Video of Jacob in Mrs. Patterson's class, dancing with Megan L.

I couldn't get it to download so I will have to post it later!
