It was the Primary Program today in Church. It went well, Richard and Suzanne were able to come up and my mom and dad came with Leslie. I hurt my foot last night some how and I am pretty miserable. So it was a lot of work, I wasn't able to stay for all of Church and I can not put weight on my heal and sometimes it is bad enough that I can't even walk.
The kids all did really well with their parts, we have not been at church the last 3 Sundays for flu, and other reasons so I didn't get Jack and Aiden's parts to the president. I planned on it for sure Sunday morning and it didn't happen. The kids had their parts memorized so I didn't worry too much. But the small worry in the back of my head happened. The presidency came up with something for them to say and whispered it in their ear. They both had a very confused look on their face as they repeated what she said into their ear. Jack was great he said his part..."my mom makes me FOOD!" Then he also mixed in what she was saying. They didn't speak up and I felt bad because I messed them up by not telling the presidency what they were going to say. It still went well and Jacob did a good job singing his part too.
Clint and Julie came up after Church to pick up Leslie and for dinner. It was a nice visit...wish my foot felt better.
