So my foot hurt all last night and this morning. Brian told me to get an appointment and I didn't want too because I figured they would have no idea what it was. I got the appointment and when it was time to leave my foot began to feel better. We decided I better go anyway and I was glad that I did because it started hurting again. The doctor checked for clots, but he didn't think that was the case then he examined the foot and said OUCH... You have Plantar Faciitis and it HURTS I know. If untreated it can be crippling, he put me on a anti inflammatory and sent me home.
Of course I came home and researched Plantar Faciitis and found that it takes up to 9 months to get better. This could be interesting!

I had Plantar Faciitis for sooooo long.(almost 4 years) It is not any fun that is for sure, I can feel your pain. I went to many doctors had several shots of cortazone in my heal and it would feel better for a few months and then come right back. I finally started going to see EJ after seeing him for several months it went away. I have not had any more problems it has almost been 4 years!!! Good Luck! Aside from this I hope you guys are doing well!
My good friend had that last year. She bought some good shoes (I can ask her for sure, but I think they were Asics brand) and she has no more problems.
9 months!? O my. Poor Jenny!
