Disney Land

Brian took the boys to Disneyland this past week. He expected to be home for a couple weeks but ended up being in California the entire time. He flew down to California to get some work done for Steve, arriving back at the Heber Airport in time to eat some dinner and load up the kids. They stayed Wed. - Saturday coming home to Charlee and I who both ended up having strep throat. He was home long enough to catch the bug (less than 24 hours) then left again this time with Uncle Brady to go and hang Christmas lights at the Presidio. Sick Sick Sick he held Brady from a long rope as Brady repelled down the roof of the Presidio house hanging lights. They arrived home late Wednesday night and it was decided that Brian was too sick to go to Dad and Janis's for Thanksgiving. I had thought that might happen so I had a turkey thawing and we ended staying home for Thanksgiving. It turned out to be a beautiful day and dinner was pretty good too.

Disney Land... from what I gathered.

• 5 year old Aiden would watch 4 year old Jack while Daddy and Jacob went on a ride. Then 7 year old Jacob would watch 4 year old Jack while Daddy and Aiden went on a ride.
• Brian only lost the kids a few time. Only once were the police notified. :)
• Jack maybe scared of things to the point of peeing his pants but that doesn't stop him from doing those things over and over. Jack wet himself on the Tower of Terror both times. Brian even took him potty before, Note: Tower of Terror scares the pee out of Jack!
• Aiden loves roller coasters
• Daddy loves to tease mama. Aiden called me and told me that he broke one of the rides. His Mickey mouse had flew off during the ride and jammed in the gears and they had to shut down the ride. LIE
• Truth: while on a "DARK" roller coaster ride, Brian strapped Jacob's tester to his belt... the Velcro was no match for the force of gravity and the tester flew off and into the darkness. Brian went to the people and explained what had happened, they told him that he would need to buy a new one and that they could not shut down the ride. Brian explained to them, that it was a medical device for diabetes and he needed it. He couldn't just go replace it. Brian had memorized (as best as he could in the dark) where the tester had flown off. Every time he would pass that point during the ride, he would say "there" so he would remember where it was. THEY SHUT DOWN THE RIDE and retrieved it for Jacob.
• Jacob told Mamos he Broke his arm. We thought Brian put him up to that, later when we were telling the story in front of Brian we realized that Brian had no idea that Jacob told her that.
• Jack, doesn't like to get wet. I guess they rode a water rapids ride and Jack was the only one who got wet and he got soaked. He was not happy about his cold shower so later on in the trip when they went to ride on the "it's a small world" ride, Jack SAID "NO WAY." Brian finally realized why he was upset and convinced him that he would not get wet. Jack loved that ride.
• They also went to the Zoo or animal park ???
• Last they went to the ocean... Brian let them play on the beach and of coarse...
• Aiden fell in the ocean.
