Diabetes Camp

Taylor and outlaw Jacob... A week away!  I took Jacob up to Diabetes camp today on our way home from my parents reunion.  He was very shy about saying goodbye to me and would not give me a hug, so I did what every good mother would do and I picked him up and threw him onto the bunk kissing his face all over and very very quietly whispered "I love you Jacob."  The most wonderful thing happened, he acted all tough but very very very quietly he whispered, "I love you mama."
Oh Jacob have fun and be a good boy.  Thanks Taylor for going with Jacob, I hope you had fun and I hope that cousins can go again sometime.
This week I only have Jack, Aiden and Charlee stayed with my parents so I could work on my house and yard for the wedding on the 14th.  It is strange not DOING DIABETES.  I forget how much time and stress and frustration diabetes is.  Jacob is a great kid and I hope that he continues to learn how to take good care of his body, stay healthy, and hopefully be cured.
Aiden asked Daddy "Daddy how exactly did they lose the cure for diabetes?"
