No one told me.... Why didn't anyone tell me this?

Today at church I took baby girl into the nursery bathroom to use the toilet.  I pulled down her tights, helped her lift her dress and she sat down on the tiny tiny toilet to pee.  No one told me that while wearing tights a baby girls legs might be pushed slightly together and cause an eruption of urine to come up and out of the FRONT and all over her tights, the floor, my skirt...

As I sit here in the computer room I here Charlee coming down the hall.  My first thought was "pitter patter of little feet, NOTHIN, she would be poundn' her feet down the hall." 

The Help. Enjoyed this book.  However I can't seem to get it out of my head.
I find myself muttering under my breath like some poor Help back in the 1940's about my white lady/ husband and children that can't pick up after themselves.  Things like "she is" and "I say" and "yes and no mam" "she done"  Makes me want to read it again, well and have a maid.
