Brian is up at Lake of the Woods giving Helicopter rides and flying people in and out from Steve's party, SOOOOO we decided to head up to Cub River for the 24th of July Celebration.
Aiden has been practicing for months and months so he could catch a Rabbit or a pig or chickens or ANYTHING he could. At starvation he caught the lizards and we told him he was quick with his hands! At fishlake he caught a mouse, a bird, a huge moth, and a fly between his fingers (like chop sticks). Again we told him he was quick with his hands, (not so quick with his head... YUCK a mouse!) Then he decided it was time to be quick with his feet, he began running everyday.
All of this and he didn't catch the chicken, he only had one chance and it was all of the primary aged boys. Not great odd's. However all he needed to do was say "Mamos, they said women over 18, will you go catch a chicken for me?" Yep that is right Mamos dove onto a chicken for her grandchildren and I was lucky enough to catch (with a flying leap) the other one.
YES TWO CHICKENS I was pumped, well until I looked a little closer at them.... ROOSTERS! We had caught two ROOSTERS! So now we had 5 Roosters and 1 Hen!

I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure it should be 5 hens and 1 rooster! Just kidding. Lucky you!
Love the new look and I am glad to see you are updating. We really miss you guys in the neighborhood.
