I am not sure how I became the wild life expert, but I was called this morning with a question on how to help some baby raccoons. Next thing I knew I had 2 baby raccoons in a box at my feet looking for a home for them.
They were so hungry... sweet babies, too bad they grow up and are yucky.
It broke my heart to see them so hungry and cold, but it was a wonderful thing when I found a lady who couldn't wait to keep them. She had a raccoon permit and everything. What a blessing that was.
She worked for Dr. Isom and so he was able to check them out and make sure they were okay. It was a fun experience for the boys and for me.
