So we came home from Idaho with 4 trout! I really didn't want to eat them so I called a few people in my new ward and asked if they wanted any! I called a few neighbors and didn't get anyone to answer. I finally spoke to Sister Binggeli, she said she would love some but she just returned from an Alaska fishing trip where she caught a 60 lb. Halibut. She then said "my refrigerator is full of fish, but I could maybe trade you!"
TRADE! Absolutely not, you can not trade Trout for Halibut. So the calls went on,
Side Note: When Brian found this out his response was.. "you can Trade Trout for Halibut Jen, when you are the one with the Trout!"
Next I called Kimba, she was excited and I told her I would deliver them that afternoon when I drove towards town.
I FORGOT, but the Hickens are thankful because they ended up wanting a fish and the boys took one down for them to share and we delivered the rest of fish to Kimba and family. Everyone seemed to enjoy the trout... oh and I told Joan that we need to come over for dinner, I would bring dessert!
